FIncoming ("the App") is a personal retirement scenario planner developed by Fincoming LLC. This policy explains what data the App collects, how it is used, and your rights as a user.

1. Data We Collect

We collect no personal data. The App does not require you to create an account, sign in, or provide any identifying information.

All plan inputs you enter — ages, income, account balances, spending targets, and similar figures — are stored exclusively on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. This data never leaves your device and is not transmitted to our servers.

2. Data We Do Not Collect

The App does not collect, transmit, or share:

Note: iOS may send anonymized crash diagnostic data to Apple as part of standard device-level reporting. We do not receive this data.

3. Third-Party Services

Current release: Tax tables, Social Security parameters, and other reference data are bundled inside the App. We do not currently integrate advertising networks, analytics SDKs, or data brokers.

We may add optional remote configuration in a future release (for example, to update tax brackets between App Store releases). If we do, that service would receive only non-personal configuration payloads — never your plan inputs. We will update this policy before any such service ships.

In-app purchases: When you make an in-app purchase, Apple processes the transaction on our behalf. Apple receives your payment method details and transaction information — such as the product purchased and the transaction date. Apple does not receive the retirement planning data you enter in the App — that information is stored only on your device and is never transmitted anywhere. Apple's handling of payment data is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.

4. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under the age of 13 and does not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has submitted information through the App, please contact us and we will address it promptly.

5. Data Security

Because all plan data stays on your device, its security is governed by your device's own protections — passcode, Face ID / Touch ID, and iOS device encryption. We do not have access to your data and cannot recover it if your device is lost or reset.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

Your plan data persists until you delete it within the App ("Start over from the beginning") or uninstall the App. Either action permanently removes all locally stored data.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as the App evolves. Material changes will be noted with a revised "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
